Eligibility
- Who Can Participate: Open to all current CMU-Africa students.
- Team Size: Teams must consist of 3 students, with diverse representation (gender, nationalities). Team member names MUST BE recognizable as CMU-Africa students. Do not use pseudonyms. Please use your Andrew email to register.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Innovation: Your solution must be original and innovative, addressing a specific challenge within the CMU-Africa community.
- Feasibility: The solution should be practical and implementable within a reasonable timeframe and budget.
- Commercial Viability: The project should have potential for commercial application or should be scalable within the campus environment.
- Submission Deadline: Top 25 submissions completed by 11:59 PM on October 19th, 2025 will be considered for voting.

Business Incubation Support
Winning teams will receive support from the Industry Innovation Lab (IIL) in the form of:
- Access to workshops, and trainings
- Mentorship and business advisory
- Networking events and opportunities for fundraising
